Porsche aficionados in India can now rejoice as the eagerly awaited 2023 Porsche Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe have finally made their way to the Indian market. With a global release earlier this year, the revamped Cayenne has garnered significant attention. The starting prices for the Cayenne facelift begin at Rs 1.36 crore (ex-showroom). Enthusiasts can expect deliveries of the redesigned Cayenne to commence in India very soon.

2023 Porsche Cayenne: Design
The mid-cycle facelift of the Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe introduces a plethora of design changes. The SUV showcases a new bonnet, redesigned front and rear bumpers, angular new headlights, signature daytime driving lights, re-profiled taillights, and a striking light bar running across the width of the rear. Porsche offers a range of alloy wheel options in sizes such as 20, 21, and 22 inches. The base-spec Cayenne facelift is equipped with a set of 20-inch wheels. Additionally, new paint options have been introduced, including Algarve Blue Metallic, Montego Blue Metallic, and Arctic Grey.
2023 Porsche Cayenne: Powertrain
Under the hood of the entry-level Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe, there is a tweaked 3.0-litre V6 turbo-petrol engine that now produces 353PS and 500Nm of torque, an increase of 13PS and 50Nm compared to its predecessor. This powerplant is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The Cayenne can accelerate from zero to 100kmph in just 5.4 seconds and has a top speed of 248kmph.
It is expected that the V8 models will be launched later this year, along with the introduction of the Cayenne e-hybrid.

The interior of the Cayenne facelift has received a comprehensive redesign. The dashboard now features new displays and several other enhancements. The SUV boasts a new 12.6-inch curved driver display, a 12.3-inch central information hub, and an optional 10.9-inch passenger touchscreen. Notable additions to the interior include a drive mode selector, a steering wheel inspired by the iconic Porsche 911, a toggle-style gear selector, an air quality system, and four USB Type-C ports located in the front and rear sections of the vehicle.

The Cayenne Coupe facelift takes it up a notch with additional features such as a sports chrono package, a fixed panoramic sunroof, and eight-way electric sports seats. Porsche also offers a range of optional features for further customization.
